Didn't say they couldn't swim in saltwater, just the first one I've seen. This it the first we have seen in the Indian River. We've been out here since November.

But there's also american crocodiles which are adapted to saltwater

@Pogonip there are no American crocs, fully adapted to Salt water in the USA. Iguana swim in salt water too, still kills them. Same with Crocs in the USA, they don't make their habitats in brackish waters, cause eventually it kills them (days)

This will help with the metal resonance. Our son also went over this with insulation and carpet after we added ac to the jeep.

@varghesejoy1791 it may because it reduces metal vibration, but we did this more because of the subwoofer in the jeep.

@ourbeaglesnancystevens2825 right now, we are going up and down the Indian River in Florida. We don't really wa t to pay for a marina when we can anchor for free. We did stop I. Titusville at a marina, but that was only to go to a celebration of life.

Don't think this will power your Rice cooker. Have to look at the watts it uses and go a little above that. On our boat, we have a 3000-watt inverter.

That is great advice, bearings can be a pain to get off, that and steering arms.

@@ChrisDoesWhat it seems like you find a fix for one problem and encounter others. Now I have to grind the oil flange because it won't fit the aftermarket pinion gear. Plus there doesn't seem to be a feasible way to heat the upper bearing to get to slide on the pinion in order to check preload so I may have to disassemble and freeze the shaft as a alternative

Thank, we are on a bigger boat now, still have a lot to learn. This repair hasn't failed, this I an old video. You can run the boat without this. This just helps with noise.

LOL, I loved auto auto, welding, and shop class! We are learning a ton as well, have to overcome issues all the time, and are learning a ton as well. Cruiser sends hugs as well, still chilling out, not helping out at all. 🤪❤️
